I was introduced to her shortly before having a baby and had put our house hunting journey on a short pause. She had reached out to see how me and my partner were doing after welcoming our little one. Even sent us a couple houses that she thought we may like because she kept my family in mind. Throughout the entire process, Amanda guided us with openness and honesty. She made sure we knew she would remain available to us after closing if we ran into issues. From buying new doorhandles so I could simply lock my house when I couldn't find one key after throwing everything away to messaging me and calling me at 11 at night or sending a text with exactly what I needed to do, she made things stress-free!!! My daughter has known Amanda for many years. The end of January, my daughter moved us from Texas to Ohio to live with her. We are elderly and my husband has end stage Dementia and Parkinson's. It became clear to us that her home would no longer work since my husband fell on the stairs several times, so we began our search. Very quickly, she found something that would be perfect, and she handled helping us on buying the new house. My daughter was beyond stressed and so was I and Amanda went above and beyond to calm Suzi's nerves and to stay positive and ultimately, we closed on our new home. We are so very thankful!
