Amanda was amazing. Always came with a smile and very knowledgeable. she was always very upfront with us and kept us up to date daily on things. she gave us very good advise on what to do to help sell the house. (updates, changes ect.)

Amanda was expectational. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. My mother was very ill at the time that we went into contract and Amanda helped me with all of the paperwork. She was very kind. We had some extra paperwork to deal with as I was power of attorney for my mother's property and unfortunately my mother passed while we were in contract and Amanda guided me through the process. She was kind and considerate of my grieving parents and also helped me work with my attorney. I never felt pressured. She communicated with me in my preference. She was always prompt and precise with any questions I had. I will definitely recommend Haring Realty, especially Amanda Sheets to anyone who is in the home selling/by process. She is very personable and quite professional not. Thanks to Haring Realty, and Amanda, for assisting me in a difficult time as well. You made the home selling process much easier than anticipated.

We were looking at selling our home to another family member and had reached out to another realtor that didn’t even return our call. We just so happened to run into Amanda doing a meet and greet at The Wishmaker. She answered several of our questions while we were there. She was straight forward with us on everything. In our first meeting, Amanda genuinely seemed like a good person, down to earth, honest, just the person we needed to get through this process. We did not waste any time moving forward with her. She got back with us quickly, and she helped handle both sides of the sale. Overall, it was just a great experience, and we would contact Amanda again if we decide to buy or sell in the future. She should be the face of Haring Realty. The girl next door, fresh, friendly, professional, and prepared.
